Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

These terms apply to the sale of goods and the supply of services by Worsley Plant Ltd. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these conditions. All orders, quotations and services are subject to availability and written confirmation.

Orders and Contracts

All orders are treated as an offer to purchase under these terms. A contract is formed once an order is accepted or goods or services are supplied. Any changes must be agreed in writing by Worsley Plant. Orders cannot be cancelled without written approval and may incur costs.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only. Goods may be delivered early and must be accepted when ready. If goods are not collected or delivery is delayed due to the buyer, risk and storage costs may pass to the buyer. Worsley Plant is not responsible for losses caused by delivery delays.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds or replacements are considered on a case by case basis. Any issues with delivery or condition of goods must be reported promptly. Where a valid claim is accepted, Worsley Plant may repair, replace, issue a credit or provide a refund at its discretion.

Pricing

Prices are confirmed at order stage and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges may apply. Prices may change to reflect increases in costs before invoicing.

Payments and Late Payments

A deposit may be required. Invoices are payable within agreed terms. Late payments may result in interest being charged and may affect future orders. Ownership of goods remains with Worsley Plant until full payment has been received.

Risk and Ownership

Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. Legal ownership of goods does not transfer until all outstanding amounts are paid in full. Worsley Plant reserves the right to recover goods if payment terms are not met.

Quality and Liability

Goods are supplied in good faith and services are carried out with reasonable skill and care. Liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund where appropriate. Worsley Plant is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Force Majeure

Worsley Plant is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including supply issues, transport problems or acts of God.

Governing Law

All contracts are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
