A Multi-Tasking Innovation Shortlisted for the PlantWorx 2025 Innovation Awards

A Multi-tasking Innovation Shortlisted for the PlantWorx 2025 Innovation Awards

The Dynaset HRVB is changing the game when it comes to recycling, clean-up and material handling. This powerful hydraulic vacuum bucket connects directly to an excavator, tractor or agricultural machine, instantly turning it into a vacuum and air-blow unit without the need for any extra machinery.

Rather than rely on vacuum trucks or bulky compressors, the HRVB taps into the host machine’s hydraulic system to drive an integrated centrifugal fan. As hydraulic oil flows through the pressure line, the fan generates a high-volume airflow, producing either suction or air-blow depending on the task at hand. The result is a streamlined and highly mobile solution for clearing sites, sorting materials or handling waste.

It is ideal for collecting light debris like insulation, plastic, wood fragments or even leaves. And with a suction power of up to 3.4 cubic metres per second and vacuum pressure of negative 8 kilopascals, performance is anything but light.

From construction sites and roadsides to railways, agricultural environments, festivals and coastal clean-ups, the HRVB can be applied just about anywhere. Its hydraulically controlled suction hatch allows operators to work with precision while the rear-mounted vacuum hose makes spot cleaning easy, even in hard-to-reach areas.

A Real-World Award-Winning Innovation

We are proud to announce that the HRVB has been shortlisted for the PlantWorx 2025 Innovation Awards in the Best Use of Engineering and Technology Innovation category. This follows its earlier success at the Intermat Innovation Awards 2024, where it took home first place in the Earthworks, Demolition and Transport category.

These accolades are more than just recognition for clever engineering. They reflect real on-site impact, with the HRVB helping companies reduce waste handling time, improve safety and cut operational costs.

Key Benefits

• Turns your excavator, tractor or agricultural machine into a powerful vacuum or blower
