ROTARY SCREENING BUCKETS

Our rotary screening buckets help you screen, separate and recycle soil, compost, topsoil, aggregates and green waste directly on site. Attaches directly to the excavator, screening material where it's excavated without transport to a fixed plant — reducing haulage, fuel use and setup time. Typically needs just one operator and one machine, versus the extra loading equipment and space a screening plant requires. Especially valuable on smaller or remote jobs, though plants may offer higher throughput for large-scale, static operations.
Some alternatives have a lower purchase price because they use lighter construction, rubber stars or lower quality steel components. Our screening buckets feature a robust structure and shafts made from high quality steel, helping to extend service life, reduce maintenance costs and keep your machine working for longer. A cheaper initial price does not always mean a lower lifetime cost.
Roughly one minute per bucket load, covering the full cycle of loading, screening and emptying oversized particles. Depending on bucket size, capacity ranges from 10 m³/h to 250 m³/h.
Cheaper to buy and operate, and basic maintenance — even changing the rotors — can be done in any workshop. Daily maintenance is just greasing the bearing lubrication points, with detailed instructions provided by aftersales.
