Yes. The crushing process separates concrete from iron reinforcement, loading as a traditional bucket then moving to a vertical position to crush. MB also offers an iron separator accessory to help recover rebar from the crushed material.

Do not bang the crusher on the ground. Instead: stop the jaw movement, position the loading entrance facing downward, unload the material, move the jaw slowly, and shake gently if needed to reach its stop position.

Adjustable from roughly 80mm down to 20mm crush size (smaller product = slower output). Fully open, crushing down to 75mm, expect around 8–10 tons per hour.
